Associate Professor Henriques is an ARC Future Fellow who leads a collaborative, multidisciplinary research program with national and international linkages to academia and industry. She has developed cutting-edge biophysical methods for characterising peptide- membrane interactions, cell membrane permeation and intracellular location and has pioneered high-throughput assays for evaluating peptide function. She has several leadership and mentoring roles and is involved in the Athena SWAN project at QUT to enhance workplace inclusivity. CI Henriques chairs the CIPPS Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Indigenous portfolio.
