Kadir is a microbiologist/biotechnologist by training and interested in using peptides as sustainable building blocks. In particular, he is interested in using cyclotides and derivatives as a greener alternative to current pesticides in agriculture. Outside of work, Kadir enjoys hiking, diving and travelling.
