Dr Andrew Kotze
CSIRO Agriculture and Food
Dr Kotze’s research focuses on the control of insect and helminth parasites of livestock and humans. His research aims to discover new anthelmintic and insecticidal agents, and to characterise their molecular targets. His role in the Centre will involve exploring the biological activities of discovered peptides in terms of their potential as novel anthelmintic or insecticidal agents for the control of parasitic diseases.
