Professor Davis is a leading international expert in glycoprotein synthesis and engineering with expertise in performing reactive – yet selective – chemical synthesis on proteins which will help identify late-stage modification of peptides and proteins. As a recognised expert in the use of radical chemistry in chemical protein modification, he will help develop a suite of reagents for the selective modification of peptides and proteins. Professor Davis is affiliated with the Rosalind Franklin Institute and the University of Oxford.
